We do have real peace because of our faith in Jesus Christ. He brings peace and joy to us and very real salvation. Jesus loved us in that he was willing to die for us while we were still unlovable. We were still sinners, yet he loved us and was willing to give his life for us.
Romans chapter 5
Romans five contrasts the first and second Adam. Jesus is the father of a new race of men who are alive spiritually, whereas the race that came from the first Adam was dead in sin and did not have a realtionship with God.
